Khromex, operating the XYNX storefront at xynx.ca. This SMS program is used for marketing (promotional discount codes, drop/restock announcements) and is entirely opt-in.
Customers enter their mobile number on a lead-capture form on xynx.ca — shown as a homepage/product-page popup, on the drop sign-up panel on product pages, and on this page. In every case they must manually check an unchecked-by-default consent box reading "I'd like to get texts about new drops, discounts & offers from XYNX. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel," and the form links directly to our Privacy Policy at https://xynx.ca/privacy and Terms of Service at https://xynx.ca/terms. Messages are recurring and automated, consent is not a condition of purchase, and message frequency varies. Per our Privacy Policy: "We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes."
